Next you will want to create a Shortcut Start-up Icon for COMPAS on your PC Desktop (background area). You need to:

Use your File Manager Utility to locate the new folder containing COMPAS software (in this case it is the compas10 folder).

Right-click the "compas.exe" file, and hold down the right mouse button while you drag the mouse cursor to your PC Desktop.

Release the right mouse button, and a drop-down menu will appear. Left-click the menu choice "Create Shortcut Here".

You have completed creating your Start-up Icon for COMPAS.

Double left-click the icon now to try starting COMPAS !
